Man accused of recording video inside Houston health center dressing room

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is facing charges, accused of recording a woman in a dressing room at a medical clinic.

Pedro Ortiz faced a judge Monday, accused of improper photography. Police say last week, a 23-year-old woman was changing clothes at St. Luke's Diagnostic Center on Braeswood. She noticed a cell phone in the trash can and it was recording.

Police say the phone had Ortiz's name on it. Police say he admits to putting the phone in the trash can for recording purposes.
