HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Traffic is moving again after a vehicle hit a barrier on the Gulf Freeway near the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 288.
Initially, the southbound lanes to I-45 were completely blocked, forcing drivers to exit to either Highway 59 or Highway 288.
