Last day to win spot in Rodeo Houston's Mutton Bustin' contest

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- If your kids dream of riding in Rodeo Houston's Mutton Bustin' competition, there's still a chance!

Unfortunately, the regular entry deadline has already passed, but one last spot is up for grabs. Thanks to a contest sponsored by State Farm, one lucky child will get a second chance opportunity to ride in NRG Stadium one night of the Rodeo.

There is a link online to register, and all Mutton Bustin' applications must be received by today. All participants must be either the age of 5 or 6 as of Tuesday, March 3, 2015. A participant's weight must not exceed 55 lbs.

If your child is not chosen, there's still a chance to ride sheep at the Rodeo. You can sign up in the Mutton Bustin' arena in Kids Country the day of. Participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis and it costs $15 per ride.
