COVID-19 cases, deaths and recoveries in Wharton County

WHARTON COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The total number of COVID-19 cases in Wharton County is 1,188, according to public health officials as of Aug. 29.
The number of confirmed deaths is 42, and the number of people who have recovered is 494.
