MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- A small helicopter made an emergency landing along Highway 99 near Porter on Thursday.
For a couple hours, eastbound lanes were shut down along 99 near 1314.
The pilot told Eyewitness News that he had engine trouble and had no choice but to land.
