Meet Lisa Holthouse

Lisa Holthouse is a mother, wife, philanthropist, author and artist. She is a native Houstonian with a Catholic school upbringing and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. She has attended the University of Texas and the University of Houston with continued studies in foreign languages and visual arts. Lisa, along with her husband Michael, devotes much of her time to the community by using Holthouse Foundation For Kids as a platform to serve at-risk youth. The foundation continually serves thousands of youth through proactive programs designed to help them achieve success in their lives by providing them with life skills, character education and entrepreneurship. Lisa is co-founder of Lemonade Day, a national organization that has grown to more than 50 cities over the last few years. She has served on a variety of other boards and committees and has chaired fundraisers for an array of deserving charitable organizations. Lisa and Michael have received honors and awards for their philanthropic contributions in Houston. Her most recent accomplishment is the publication of her children's book, It All Started With A Turtle. Lisa's most treasured pursuit is spending time with her husband and their children, along with extended family and dear friends.
