HOUSTON -- The University of Houston chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity is closing its doors after allegations of hazing.

The executive committee of the frat says it will close the chapter until the year 2019 so all current members can graduate before it reopens.

Five members received individual suspensions.

The school and the frat haven't given details of the hazing allegations.
