Those who lost their walkers and wheelchairs during Harvey can get replacements on Saturday.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you lost your wheelchair or walker during Hurricane Harvey, you can get a free replacement this weekend.

The Houston Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities has teamed up with other agencies and charitable organizations to hand out donated replacement walkers and wheelchairs on Saturday, Sept. 9.

The drive will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 7100 Grand Blvd.

Volunteer rehabilitation, physical, and occupational therapists and other professional staff will be present to fit individuals with the equipment they need.

You can also donate durable medical equipment during the event.
