The Woodlands Whole Foods to host grand opening

THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- Woodlands folk who have been yearning for the arrival of one of the most beloved grocery stores in the nation need not wait much longer.

Whole Foods Market at 1925 Hughes Landing Boulevard will open its doors at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday with a traditional bread-breaking ceremony - Whole Foods' version of a ribbon cutting - followed by the grand opening at 8am.

The first 500 shoppers will receive a Whole Foods reusable shopping bag. The store also will host tastings, special sales, music and activities for all ages.
