HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Denny's is giving back in the wake of Hurricane Harvey by serving free breakfast all day in Houston.

The Denny's Mobile Relief Diner will be at a couple locations in the city Friday until Tuesday, Sept. 19 to offer a free hot meal to those in need.

This food is available thanks to a partnership between TSU and Denny's as part of the TSU Cares initiative created following Hurricane Harvey.

"We are thankful for Denny's and the hot meals they served to our community. It is small gestures like this that make a difference in people's lives as we continue to heal and recover from Harvey," said TSU communications specialist Kendrick Callis.

The 53-foot mobile diner will be at Texas Southern University today, before going to Community of Faith Church Saturday where it will stay until Tuesday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
