HOUSTON (KTRK) -- How would you like a fresh, hot crepe, made right before your eyes? Sean Carroll of Melange Creperie does just that.
The tiny roadside food cart has become a Montrose institution by making those pancake-like treats with fillings inspired by Houston flavors.
Now a restaurant is in the works, thanks to loyal fans who raised thousands of dollars through the crowdfunding site KickStarter.
Carroll plans to open Melange Creperie in the Montrose area by the end of the year.
Until then, you can find him -- and those one-of-a-kind crepes -- at farmers markets and events around town.
