Study: Americans spend nearly $900k each month on avocado toast

SAN FRANCISCO, California (KTRK) -- The avocado toast business is booming! Americans are spending more than $890,000 per month on the trendy snack, according to Square, a company that helps small businesses process credit card payments.

Years ago, sellers were only moving $17,000 of avocado toast per month.
