Deputies: Wanted man exposed himself to girl at bus stop
A woman says her granddaughter ran from a flasher after he started talking to her near her bus stop.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Deputy constables say a flasher is on the run after he exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl in northwest Harris County.

The girl was on her way to the bus stop on Tuesday near FM 1960 and Perry Road when the man showed her his genitals, Pct. 4 Constables said.

Kim Sanchez, the victim's grandmother, said she knew something was wrong and took off running.

"She come barging through the door and said this man had came up, pulled up next to her, started yelling, 'Hey,' at her," Sanchez said. "She said just by instinct she turned around to see what was going on."

After she turned around, Sanchez said the man exposed himself and touched his private parts. Sanchez said the man never got out of the car.

"She dropped her backpack and ran, that's all that she did. I guess when she was screaming. He got scared and took off," Sanchez said.

Precinct 4 said the suspect is described as a white man between 25 and 30 years old. He was seen driving a gray or silver sedan with blue and red diamonds on the bumper.
