Firefighters forced to save suspected burglar stuck between walls

LOS ANGELES, California (KTRK) -- A man wanted in connection with a burglary investigation was rescued and then arrested after he got wedged between a wall and a building in California.

Firefighters were forced to break through 16 inch cinder blocks to help rescue the man.

Police say the suspect was stuck between the wall after trying to escape from police the night before.

The man was transported to the hospital, and later arrested.
