HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- There is a slight bright spot in Houston amid the gloom left behind by Harvey.
Over the weekend, a Powerball ticket sold at a Kroger on Kirby Drive at Main Street matched five numbers as well as the Power Play multiplier, which was good for a $2 million win.
Texas Lottery records showed the ticket sold for Saturday's drawing was a quick pick set of numbers.
The ticket fell short of the top jackpot of $68 million.
We may not know the identity of the new millionaire. The drawing took place a day after a new state law took effect allowing lotto jackpot winners to conceal their identities after a big win.
