FedEx marks 3rd workplace death since 2013

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (KTRK) -- A FedEx worker is dead after an accident while loading and unloading cargo.

It happened at the Memphis International Airport early Thursday morning.

Police were called to the airport for an accidental injury.

They found the female worker dead underneath a motorized conveyor belt.

The latest incident marks the third time in less than four years that a FedEx worker has been killed on the job.
