Grab designer styles up to 75% off at this huge sale

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Why would you pay retail when you can pay resale prices?

One of Houston's largest resale shops is having a huge clearance sale to make room for more inventory.

It's called Designer Diva Resale, and the shop is located off Westheimer and Wilcrest in southwest Houston.

The space is about 20,000 square feet filled with rows and rows of tops, dresses and shoes.

Through the end of the year, the store has 75 percent off almost everything priced $50 and under.

Clothing at the store is categorized by color and style.

If you are looking for formal wear, anything priced under $100 is half off.

Keep in mind, the ultra-high end clothing that's priced over $50 is not on sale.
