FASHION X: Check out Houston's premiere fashion week
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's billed as Houston's premiere fashion week event.
Fashion X brings three nights of incredible runway shows each fall, featuring the latest collections from emerging designers from across the globe, including some right here in Houston.
The event kicked off Thursday with nine incredible runway collections at Silver Street Studios, including the works of 'Project Runway' alums Sean Kelly and Daniel Esquivel. Also on tap were fall designs by Jimmy Burner, Miles David, Mysterious by NPN, Rask, This is Sloane, Sixchel, Shehla Rana, and Carlos Castillo.

Tonight and Saturday, a new set of fashions, headlined with featured collections by Gunnar Deatherage, Amanda Valentine, Michelle Lesniak, Sonjia Williams and Korto Momolu.
The event, established by the founders of Austin Fashion Week and Fashion X Dallas, also features curated gallery spaces with the best in accessories, jewelry and mini-collections.
It's a who's who of the best and brightest, coming together in the Bayou City.
