Rescheduled sale date for Garth tickets at RodeoHouston revealed

RodeoHouston announces ticket sale date for Garth Brooks performances
The ticket sale date was postponed initially due to Hurricane Harvey.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Tickets to see Garth Brooks at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will go on sale Friday, Dec. 1.

The event announced today the rescheduled on-sale date. The original date of Sept. 9 was postponed due to Hurricane Harvey.

More than 20,000 tickets will be available for two RodeoHouston concerts featuring the country superstar at NRG Stadium.

The rodeo announced Brooks as its first act. The full concert slate is expected to be announced in January 2018.

Tickets will be sold online on a first-come, first-served basis on the RodeoHouston website. Tickets will be delivered through the Flash Seats paperless ticketing system.

None of the tickets will be sold in person or over the phone, according to RodeoHouston.
