GMA's Ginger Zee joins abc13 to preview Dancing with the Stars

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Good Morning America meteorologist Ginger Zee will compete on ABC's Dancing with the Stars Season 22 with pro Val Chmerkovskiy.

Zee gave birth to son Adrian in December, and she told our own Jeff Ehling that it's not her abdominal muscles that are giving her trouble but rather her feet.

She'll travel from New York City to Los Angeles to compete each week. She says it's nothing compared to what busy moms have to go through.

"I look at a lot of parents and they've got so many kids or they're putting all they're energy into that, which seems harder to me than dancing," she said.

Dancing with the Stars Season 22 premieres March 21 on ABC.
