Scare Up Some Fun at IHOP
Today from 7am to 10pm, kids can get a free scary pancake when you bring the family into your participating Houston-area IHOP restaurant.
Halloween at Cypress Premium Outlet
From 5 to 7pm Saturday, enjoy free trick or treating plus a dance performance at 5pm by Steppin Time Performing Arts outside the food court. Look for the pumpkin signs in the window for participating stores.
Come to Kemah Boardwalk with the family on Halloween night for trick or treating from 4 to 8pm, plus enjoy a free movie later.
Trick or Treating at Pearland Town Center
Grab your treat bags and get ready to collect some goodies at Pearland Town Center from 5 to 7pm Halloween night.

Two-Night Halloween Event at Bass Pro Shops
Get a free 4x6 photo with the Peanuts characters and enjoy a ton of Halloween activities on Friday and Saturday.
For a spooky good time, come to Discovery Green where you can participate in Houston's annual citywide costume contest and Halloween activities for the whole family. Enjoy prizes, music and more.
You must register for the costume contest from 6 to 7:30pm at the Anheuser-Busch stage and you must be in line by 7:30pm to enter. Contest will take place from 7 to 9pm.
Trick or Treating at City Centre
From 5 to 7pm on Halloween night, City Centre will offer children and parents tasty treasures plus a Monster Mash under the stars with a live DJ in the plaza.
One thousand free Halloween bags are up for grabs at Greenspoint Mall from 6 to 8pm on Halloween night in the North Court between Foot Action and Caliente. Enjoy live music, a fortune teller, and prizes every 15 minutes. Visit the South Court Food Court area for a balloon artist and face painter, plus a costume contest from 7 to 8pm.
Tanger Outlet Trick or Treating
Tanger Outlets on the Gulf Freeway welcome you for some fun on Friday with trick or treating from 5 to 7pm while the candy lasts. Look for decals on shop doors for participating locations.
