Elderly man with dementia missing in Spring

SPRING, Texas (KTRK) -- An elderly man suffering from dementia was found safe in the Katy area.

Authorities say Robert Fischer is being reunited with his family.

The 79-year-old was last seen driving a tan-colored Hyundai Santa Fe in northwest Harris County on Saturday.
