Meteorologist Travis Herzog visits the Blackshear Lion Cubs in Houston's Third Ward

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Meteorologist Travis Herzog took his weather safety message to the Blackshear Elementary Lion Cubs of Houston ISD on Thursday, February 8th.

Travis visited Blackshear Elementary in Houston's Third Ward where the Pre-K and Kindergarten students learned how to stay safe from hurricanes, flash floods, and tornadoes. He thanks Mr. Lee for inviting him to teach weather safety to the students, and he hopes the students continue to spread the weather safety messages they learned!
