Friendswood school fighting to get back on track after Harvey
The Galloway School took on two feet of water during Harvey.

FRIENDSWOOD, Texas (KTRK) -- The final round of students at HISD went back to class today, but students in Friendswood are in need of help after Harvey.

A parent set up a GoFundMe page for the Galloway School, which was devastated by floodwater during the storm.

The school, home to about 150 students, was flooded with two feet of water.

Organizers told Eyewitness News they want to raise $200,000 to replace books, supplies and equipment, and to repair the library and classrooms.

They have raised more than $28,000 so far.
