MD Anderson ex-president's new gig worth almost $800,000

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- M.D. Anderson's ex-president is getting a new gig worth $800,000.

Dr. Ron Depinho will work as a professor of cancer biology will earn a base pay of just under $800,000.

He will also get $1 million a year to fund medical research as well as an individual travel budget not exceeding $40,000 a year.
