While Houston ISD is holding classes as scheduled today, the district is being impacted by road conditions. Officials say they are experiencing delays with bus transportation due to weather, traffic, and staffing. School leaders most impacted have been contacted, but this will be a district-wide problem.
School leaders urge parents whose students ride the bus to make sure they're bundled up. Parents and students are asked to be patient as the district works to get every bus rider to school safely.
