Be a DIY diva: Personalize these homemade coasters

Coasters make great inexpensive hostess gifts and you can easily make your own for even less! Not only are they very functional, but you can add your own special touch by personalizing them.

Materials Needed:

Corkboard

Mod Podge

E 6000 glue

Paint/Paint Pens

Stencils

Directions:

Cut the cork into circles big enough to put glasses on. I used a glass as a template. My cork is thin so I used the E 6000 glue to glue two circles together.

The cork is very porous so I painted a layer of Mod Podge on top. Once that's dry you can lay out your design and paint. Once it's all dry you can add another coat of Mod Podge to seal it.

Add the hostesses favorite drink and you've got a very special personalized gift!
