Deer Park man named to Texas most wanted list

DEER PARK, TX (KTRK) -- A Deer Park man charged with indecency with a child is now on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list after he allegedly removed his required ankle monitor while out on bond.

The reward for information leading to the capture of Michael Thomas Osborn is now $7,500.

The 46-year-old was last driving a black 2007 Ford Expedition with Texas license plates.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says Osborn's criminal history includes possession of child pornography, aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Osborn is 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 240 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm and left ankle; and scars on his left leg and above his left eye.

He has ties to the Houston area, particularly Deer Park - the city of his last known address. Osborn also has ties to the states of Louisiana and Florida.
