Harvey debris pickup in west Houston continues today

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Crews will continue picking up Harvey debris from flood-devastated west Houston neighborhoods this morning.

Nottingham Forest, Memorial Glen, Fonn Villas and the Gessner, Memorial and Briar Park corridors are all slated for Sunday pickups.

All debris should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. and must be away from fire hydrants, mailboxes and power lines.

Separate trash into the following categories:

• Normal household trash
• Trees and plants
• Construction and demolition debris
• Appliances
• Electronics and household hazardous waste (like cleaning supplies or batteries)

If you have debris in your home, Harvey cleanup continues this morning in west Houston.
