Two people dead in north Houston accident involving big rig

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating a deadly accident involving a big rig in north Houston.

The accident was reported around 8:15pm on the northbound lanes of Interstate 45 at Crosstimbers.

Details about the wreck weren't immediately available.

Police say two passengers inside the vehicle were killed, and a third person was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital. We don't know that person's condition.
