Arrest made in Conroe double murder case

CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- Police have made an arrest in a Conroe double murder.

Back on October 11, Lisa McWashington, 43, and Louis Wilkerson, 58, were found dead in the 800 block of West Santa Fe, both victims of an apparent homicide.

An investigation led Conroe police and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office to Russell Lee Ketchum, 40, who was arrested on Wednesday.

Ketchum has been charged with capital murder in the deaths of McWashington and Wilkerson. He's being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail on that charge and an unrelated theft charge.

At this point, we don't know details of Ketchum's arrest.
