QUINLAN, Texas (KTRK) -- A 4-year-old Golden Retriever named Journey was shot to death on Sunday, but now the community is turning out to help catch the dog's killer.
Journey was trained to monitor the blood sugar of his 15-year-old owner, Hannah.

A GoFundMe page for the family has raised more than $41,000.
That money will go towards vet bills and will also be rewarded to help catch Journey's killer.
