Two first responders who saved couple from floodwaters surprised with Texans tickets.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two deputy constables who rescued a family from floodwaters are going to the Texans Jaguars game as a show of thanks from some good Samaritans.

Robert and Susan Perner were trapped by Harvey's floodwaters.

Harris County Precinct One Sergeant Shane Rigdon and Deputy Richard Jones helped save the couple and their dog.

A Houston couple living in Belize decided to give the officers their Texans season tickets for today's game to honor them for their heroic efforts.
