HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Maine woman who was accused of stealing a hard-cider truck and crashing it into a barn in December has been accused of stealing a man's car while he was picking up takeout food and is back behind bars.

Nicole Dyment faces theft and other charges. She's expected to appear in court Wednesday.

Police say a customer at the Green Tea Restaurant in Sanford left his car idling Sunday to pick up an order. The car was gone when he returned.

The investigating officer says he recognized the woman in surveillance video as the woman he gave a ride to a few hours earlier.

Police say they found the stolen vehicle Monday and arrested Dyment at a Lewiston apartment complex.

It's unclear if she has an attorney. No phone number for her can be found.
