Chocolate & Art Show in Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston's finest up-and-coming artists, photographers and artisans gathered for The Chocolate & Art Show to support a great cause at Spring Street Studios on Thursday, May 26th 2016.

The exhibit included live body painting, music, face-painting, culinary cuisine, artisan vendors and free chocolate.

The show contributed to positive social change by building a network of artists of all mediums.

Artists, collectors and artist enthusiasts came together for two nights to celebrate the arts and support local business and arts.

Chocolate and Art also partnered with Artists for Trauma to create a two night event so that they are able to continue their work.

Artists for Trauma( AFT) are a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of both civilian and military trauma survivors by pairing recovering patients with established artists from various creative disciplines. www.artistsfortrauma.org
