Overturned cement truck shuts down East Beltway southbound at Wallisville

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An overturned cement truck is causing heavy delays on the East Beltway.

The accident is blocking all southbound lanes of the East Beltway at Wallisville. All traffic is being forced onto the feeder road to get around the accident.
