SUV smashes into apartment building in north Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An SUV slammed into the wall of an apartment building in north Harris County.

The accident happened at about 10am Friday at the Country Club Apartments on Cali Drive at Tree Hollow Lane.

The woman who was driving said she had just broken her foot. She said her cast got caught under the seat and she lost control. It does not appear that she will face any charges, but that is still being determined.

The SUV came to rest in the wall of an apartment bedroom after smashing into two parked vehicles. No one was injured.
