A North Central Texas College campus was on lockdown Friday afternoon in Denton County, Texas, after a shooting suspect fled on foot towards the campus.
According to the school's website, a male suspect was involved in a drive-by shooting and traffic accident on the southbound access road of IH35 in Corinth, Texas. The NCTC Police Department placed the campus on lockdown after information that the suspect may have been hiding somewhere on campus.
The suspect was found away from the college and taken into custody.
