A Houston woman says she ordered two customized Yeti tumblers from a business only to find out the owner is not taking anyone's calls and still has her money.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The 20- and 30-ounce stainless steel cup, the Yeti Rambler, is tough to find.

It was the hot holiday gift, and people are still looking for it, says Academy manager, Justin Cortez.

"We are going to get them back, it's just a matter of time," said Cortez.

The cup has become widely popular for keeping drinks ice cold for a long time and coffee super hot.

"Everything you can imagine that you'd want in a cup, they offer, in one cup," said Cortez.

The Rambler's popularity led one woman, who didn't want us to show her face, to order personalized cups from a business on Facebook.

"She scammed me out of lots of money that I worked hard for."

She ordered from this page called Vinyl Addict on Thanksgiving but never received them and is hoping for a refund from PayPal.

"You can't get a hold of her, can't call her; the phone goes straight to voicemail. You just can't get a hold of her."

We reached out to Vinyl Addict but haven't yet heard back.

We discovered those elusive Ramblers at American Wheel and Tire on 290, an authorized Yeti dealer. Manager Felix Villegas is pretty sure they won't last.

"We put them on the billboard outside, on Instagram. We'll tell all of our customers we finally got some in," Villegas said.

We reached out to Yeti. They say they're working hard to restock store shelves but couldn't give a specific date when we'd start seeing better supply in stores.
