Bicyclist killed in morning crash in SE Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A bicyclist died Saturday in a crash with a vehicle near Ellington Airport, authorities said.

It happened around 8:15 a.m. in the 12400 block of Galveston Road.

It wasn't clear what led to the crash or what happened to the vehicle involved.

The road where it happened is a four-lane highway with a turn lane and shoulders on both sides.
