People reports the 42-year-old actress marred Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, 35, Monday evening in an intimate ceremony at their Los Angeles home.

"We couldn't be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends," the couple told the magazine

The couple has been dating for less than a year and got engaged just before Christmas.

People reports Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the 90 guests in attendance for the wedding.
