Crab Louis Salad
- Hearts of palm
- Avocado
- Diced red onion
- Capers Green onions
- Hardboiled egg (diced)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Jumbo lump crab meat
Citrus Dressing
- 4 spoonfuls of mustard
- 2 spoonfuls of minced shallot
- 1/4 Cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup of orange juice
- 1/4 Cup of pineapple juice
- 1/4 Cup of grape juice
- 1 spoonful of sugar
- 2 Cups of olive oil
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 1 pinch of salt (add to taste)
- 1 lemon zest
