BAYTOWN, TX (KTRK) -- A vigil was held Sunday for two Baytown teens whose bodies were found last month.

Jarvis Morgan and Alex Chavez had disappeared in mid-February. In early March, their bodies were found underneath a bridge on Eagle Ferry Road outside of Anahuac.

Sunday, family and friends showered the water with roses in memory of the two friends.

So far, four men have been charged with the murders of Morgan and Chavez. Three have been caught, but a fourth, Brandon Flores, remains a fugitive.

"It gives me peace that there are 3 of them in there, but it would bring my son back, it will not," said Mariana Castillo, Cavez's mother.

"Justice will be served when the other one comes, we catch the other one, Brandon Flores," said Jarvis Morgan's mother, Sharon Bernard.

Authorities believe Flores may have fled to Mexico.

On this Easter Sunday, the focus was on the lives of the two who died too soon.

"He brought a lot of joy to my life when he was born," said Noe Chavez, Alex Chavez's father, as he choked back tears. "He changed my life."

Relatives also released dozens of balloons into the sky. They say they can rest a bit easier knowing Chavez and Morgan are in Heaven.
