Tickets for Travis Scott's ASTROWORLD Festival sell out in minutes

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Fans did not miss a beat and were quick to buy tickets for Travis Scott's ASTROWORLD festival, which sold out in minutes!

The Houston native's popular ASTROWORLD festival returns to his hometown this fall in a new two-day format. The festival will rock NRG Park on Friday, Nov. 5 and Saturday, Nov. 6.

Tickets went on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. and fans were fast to hit "purchase." The last time the festival was in town, the event sold out in a matter of minutes.

The full highly anticipated lineup for this year's post will be revealed closer to the event.

A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to the festival's official charity partner, Cactus Jack Foundation.

Founded by Scott, the nonprofit looks to empower and enrich the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources.
