Carisa Ruscak came into the world on Tuesday, Earth Day. She weighed 14.5 pounds. Needless to say, she was born through C-section. This came as no surprise.
Carisa's sister weighed more than 10 pounds when she was born. Neither baby Carisa, nor her mother have diabetes.
She's the biggest infant delivered at Mass General Hospital in 12 years, likely the state's largest this year, CNN reports.
