The district released a letter saying that the principal at Hamilton Elementary will meet with all staff members this week to make sure it's clear that the bible is allowed during independent reading time.
The response came after the Liberty Institute claimed a second-grader was told she couldn't read the Bible during 'Read to Myself' time.
