It happened on Colebrook at Baynard.
Police say the man and woman were sitting in a car outside their home when two men ran up to the car and opened fire. They fired at least 10 shots into the car, badly wounding the man and killing his girlfriend.
Both gunmen then took off on foot and they remain on the loose.
