Christopher Schreiber is charged criminal mischief and drug possession. Precinct 4 deputy constables say he's the man seen on surveillance video slashing the tires of a car. Investigators say he did this to a total of 35 vehicles in the Bridgestone subdivision.
Deputies were investigating more damaged tires at a nearby bar when they spotted Schreiber having a drink. They soon realized he was the man they had seen on the surveillance video and arrested him.
