Rice University says 25-year-old Nate Simonette was arrested Saturday night. They say he inappropriately touched two female students in a dorm room. A campus alert was issued and the university says that's how he was identified.
Simonette is not a student at Rice. He now faces multiple counts of burglary with intent to commit sexual assault.
He is out on $20,000 bond, but is expected in court Tuesday.
