Woman hit by car while crossing street in NW Harris Co.

HOUSTON

Deputies say the driver was going east on FM 1960 at Cypress Station around 1:30am, when he hit the woman. She's in critical condition.

Deputies tell us they suspect the driver was drunk. He's going to be tested.
